Abstract

As an information organization, it is the responsibility of academic libraries to use whatever means, including technology that is available to them to saƟsfy their users. User satisfaction is paramount because the users are the reason for the establishment of academic libraries, and the success of any library is gauged by how satisfied the user community is with their products and services. One of the ways that academic libraries are increasingly employing to satisfy their users is applicant of the social media in library services
